What is your Shipping Policy?

Pacific Incense is proud to ship Canada-wide with a flat fee of $1.19! Shipping times will vary based on distance, as we are based in Kingston, Ontario. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days, please contact us at sales@pacificincense.com.

What is your Return and Exchange Policy?

Pacific Incense accepts product returns for exchange or store credit. As long as you contact us informing us why you are unsatisfied with your incense, you will receive your choice of another product of the same value or store credit for future purchases! Return shipping is not covered by Pacific Incense and will be the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of damaged goods, as long as we receive a photo of the damaged product, we will either send you a brand new product at no additional cost, or the full cost of your purchase can be refunded to you!

How do you burn incense?

Can I get an assorted pack?

If you send us an email at: info@pacificincense.com or see us in person at one of our booth's we can custom make a special pack just the way you like it.

Do the holders come with the sticks?

Unfortunately, holders and sticks are sold separately.
